Top 5 Puzzle RPG Apps on iOS in Oceania, Q3 2024

In Q3 2024, the Puzzle RPG category on iOS in Oceania saw some interesting trends among its top-performing apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Cup Heroes from Voodoo showed a remarkable increase in weekly revenue, starting from around $1.6K at the beginning of July and reaching approximately $6.2K by the end of September. Downloads also surged, particularly from mid-August, peaking at about 5.5K in the final week of September. Active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from 3.2K at the start of the quarter to over 10K by the end.

Puzzles & Survival by BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED maintained a strong revenue performance, with weekly figures fluctuating around $35K to $44K. Downloads, however, gradually declined over the quarter, starting at 1.1K and dropping to approximately 1K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 2.8K to 3.3K.

Bag Fight, another offering from Voodoo, had a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers ranging from around 670 to 1.4K. Active users experienced a dip early in the quarter but showed signs of recovery towards the end, closing at just under 1K.

Combo Hero from GAMELAND(HK)CO., LIMITED saw a significant spike in downloads in mid-August, hitting over 10K, but this was not sustained in the following weeks. Revenue showed a gradual increase, peaking at $1.2K in early September before tapering off. Active user numbers followed a downward trend after an initial surge, ending the quarter at around 3K.

Finally, Game of Thrones: Legends RPG by Zynga Inc. experienced a steady increase in revenue, starting from approximately $1.6K and reaching $3.5K in mid-September, before slightly declining. Downloads peaked in late July at around 1.2K and then saw a consistent decrease. Active user numbers initially grew, peaking at 1.7K in late July, before gradually declining to around 750 by the end of the quarter.
